Select EndNote from the list of applications. Search for Software Centeron the lower left of the Taskbar at the bottom of your screen. 
Close all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). You can also unclick the box next to " Install Direct Export Helper" at the previous screen during the initial installation in order to avoid any issues.EndNote is a reference manager that helps you save time formatting citations.
